Do stairs affect the recommended crew time?
They can. Multiple stories, long carries, elevators, and difficult access may increase the recommended time.
What information should I include in the notes?
List priority rooms, fragile or unusual items, access restrictions, stairs, elevators, parking, loading instructions, pets, and anything affecting the crew.
Can you help seniors move or downsize?
Yes. Crews can follow room priorities, help pack and unpack, and assist with organizing. Disposal, donation, or specialty care should be discussed separately.
Can I change my booking after submitting it?
Contact support with your confirmation number. Date, crew, service, and add-on changes remain subject to availability and pricing.
Can the crew reassemble furniture at my new home?
Yes. Select furniture reassembly for Home 2 and include the furniture types in your notes.
Do you offer move-in cleaning?
Yes. Move-in cleaning can be scheduled for Home 2 separately from packing or unpacking.
Can the crew disassemble furniture?
Yes. Standard furniture disassembly can use your reserved crew time. Built-in, specialty, unsafe, or unusually complex items may require another provider.
Do I need to be home?
No. You may provide approved access or designate another adult. Your selection also determines how progress-payment instructions are communicated.
Can I book cleaning without packing?
Cleaning is designed as an add-on within the moving-service portal. Availability may depend on the service area and selected date.
What time does the crew arrive?
You select an available preferred start time while booking. Final scheduling details are confirmed before service day.
Do you disconnect appliances?
Basic movable-item preparation may be possible, but plumbing, gas, electrical, built-in appliances, and specialty installations require qualified providers.
How far ahead can I schedule?
The booking calendar normally displays the currently available scheduling window. Additional future dates can be coordinated as operations expand.
Do you offer move-out cleaning?
Yes. Move-out cleaning can be added for Home 1, with pricing based on square footage, condition, bathrooms, occupancy, and selected extras.
Does truck pickup include the rental cost?
No. The customer rents and pays for the truck, fuel, mileage, and protection directly. The add-on covers bringing the empty truck to the service address.
Can you help with a last-minute move?
Rush availability varies by market. Standard scheduling begins at least five days out, while eligible rush bookings may include an additional fee.
Can I book services for an apartment?
Yes. Include floor, stairs, elevator, parking, loading-zone, and building-access information in your booking.
Can someone pick up my empty rental truck?
Where available, an authorized driver can bring the customer-rented empty truck to the loading address. The customer must authorize the driver in advance.
Can I save my booking and finish later?
Yes. Use Save and Finish Later to create a secure resume link. Saved drafts expire after the period shown in the confirmation.
Can you help with a garage, attic, basement, or shed?
Yes. Select the applicable extra areas so the recommendation accounts for the additional work.
Can you return an empty rental truck?
An empty-truck return may be purchased separately where available. It does not include transporting customer belongings.
What payment methods will be accepted?
Online booking payments will use the payment options displayed at checkout. Pack-day payment instructions appear on the booking confirmation.
What cleaning questions will I be asked?
The portal asks about square footage, bathrooms, condition, whether the home is empty, and extras such as the refrigerator, oven, cabinets, and interior windows.
Will your crew drive the truck after it is loaded?
No. The crew does not transport belongings or drive the loaded truck.
How are multi-day projects billed?
Multi-day labor is billed during each service day rather than allowing the entire balance to accumulate until the end.
Are cleaning charges paid at booking?
Cleaning uses the same hourly labor rate and is included in your recommended crew time rather than charged as a separate fixed-price add-on.
Can Home 1 and Home 2 be in different states?
Yes. Long-distance two-home bookings can coordinate separate crews in different service areas.
When is the remaining labor balance paid?
The labor balance is paid as the crew works. The booking summary shows the expected progress-payment schedule for your reservation.
Will the same crew work at both homes?
For local moves, the same crew is used when practical. Long-distance moves generally use separate local crews at Home 1 and Home 2.
Can the crew load my rental truck?

Do you drive or transport my belongings?

Do you offer specialty supplies for fragile items?

Can the crew pack my kitchen?
Yes. Kitchen packing can be selected as a priority. Make sure enough boxes, packing paper, and fragile-item protection are available.
Can I approve extra time on service day?
Yes. If additional time is available and recommended, it is added only after you approve it.
Can you pack only certain rooms?
Yes. You can reserve the crew for selected rooms or priority areas instead of the entire home.
Do you guarantee the entire home will be finished?
No. You reserve crew time rather than guaranteed completion. The crew follows your priorities and requests approval before adding time.
Do you help organize while unpacking?
Yes. Select unpacking and organizing/setup for Home 2, then describe your priorities in the booking notes.
Do you provide boxes and packing materials?
Materials are not included in the labor rate. You may supply your own or purchase managed packing-supply kits during booking.
What comes in a packing-supply kit?
Kits are designed to include a practical mix of boxes and packing essentials. Contents or brands may be substituted with equivalent products based on availability.
What is a crew day?
One full crew day generally means two people working for up to eight clock hours, equal to 16 worker-hours.
When should I order packing supplies?
Order supplies at least 7–10 days before packing day whenever possible, then confirm delivery at least 48 hours before the crew arrives.
